Trustpilot’s Talent Acquisition Lead approached Consortia after several months of searching unsuccessfully for a Growth Product Director, a critical hire to support the company’s next phase of scale.
The Result
Working collaboratively with Trustpilot’s talent team, Consortia’s Product specialists refined the job specification and adjusted the advertising strategy to improve candidate alignment.
By combining ideal candidate profiling, market research and competitor analysis, we were able to take a more targeted and strategic headhunting approach.
