What the Tech Lead will be doing

• Leading and scaling a hybrid, offshore development team—owning delivery, mentoring and team development.

• Architecting the next generation of their microservices-based, serverless AWS platform.

• Working cross-functionally with product, design, testing and DevOps to deliver on ambitious OKRs.

• Representing engineering in key client meetings and helping shape business-critical features.

• Hands-on building with React, React Native, TypeScript, Node, Docker, Terraform and more.

What They’re Looking For

• 3+ years’ experience as a Technical Lead managing teams of 7+.

• Hands-on expertise with scalable, production-grade technology systems.

• Proven experience in a start-up or scale-up environment.

• A background in full-stack development and strong engineering fundamentals.

• Experience managing or establishing an offshore engineering capability.

Key Information

Salary: £90,000 - 110,000
