Senior Product Manager

What You'll Do

Own the end-to-end product roadmap for a high-stakes B2B SaaS product, translating strategy into a clear, prioritised plan that drives measurable business outcomes

Pioneer AI first discovery and prototyping across the product lifecycle, from opportunity briefs to Lovable prototypes

Facilitate fast, focused workshops that conclude with decisions

Mentor a small product team of Product Owners, raising the bar through hands-on coaching and stakeholder collaboration

Collaborate closely with Engineering through staged, gate-driven delivery

Build and maintain a strong governance mindset around AI outputs

What You'll Bring

A proven track record delivering measurable outcomes in B2B SaaS

Strong prioritisation judgement, able to cut low-value work and protect focus on what moves the business

Data fluent: instrumentation, adoption metrics, and the ability to translate analytics into actionable decisions

AI-native mindset with experience using modern AI tooling (e.g., Claude, Copilot, Lovable) to accelerate discovery, prototyping, and decision-making

Experience in education tech, skill assessment or HR tooling

Salary: £80,000

Location: Wimbledon, London (hybrid; minimum two days per fortnight in the office) 

Work Policy: Hybrid, 2 – 3 days a week
