Senior Product Manager

Consortia have partnered with a well know HR tech company that is rapidly scaling its global Product teams. They are looking for a Senior Product Manager to be part of a team that spans over 80 countries with a goal of simultaneously building a next-generation payroll platform that seamlessly connects companies with great talent across the globe. 

You will be part of a brand-new team, primarily responsible for leading and building a new mobile application platform from scratch. You need to have come from working with multidisciplinary teams outside of purely product or engineering and the role would suit someone used to working with a global team.

Key skills you will need:

• Experience working on complex software platforms, ideally in a fast-paced startup/ scaleup  B2B SaaS environment 
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams on a dynamic international set-up
• A background in Fintech / HR Tech space  would be highly beneficial 
• Experience working with React Native  mobile applications, ideally within the B2B domain would be advantageous

Salary up to 95k EUR + Stock options 

Location: Berlin, Germany
