Job Title: Agile Coach / Scrum Master

Location: Berlin

Start: ASAP

Salary: €50-65k p/a

 

Your mission is to help shape the organisaiton and lead the company towards an efficient collaboration. As an Agile Coach, your position will yield high influence across the entire organisation.

 

A large proportion of your role will be dedicated to facilitating their SCRUM process alongside designing/coordinating workshops, and mentoring staff on how to continuously improve the agile process.

 

We are open to considering applicants with limited Agile Coach experience if you have a solid background as a Scrum Master and you feel confident to jump into the next step

 

Skills you should bring with you:

 

  • Know how to put people first and value human interaction over processes.
  • Love for optimization and improvement of different workflows.
  • Excellent virtual and in-person moderator aptitudes.
  • Solid work experience as Scrum Master and/or Agile Coach working with multiple teams.
  • You’re an energetic person with outstanding communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience running effective retrospectives.
  • Proven record of transforming existing organizations towards true agility.
  • Expert knowledge on defining user stories.
  • Experience improving the delivery lifecycle e.g. guarding the DoD/DoR.
  • Ability to speak, understand and write German and English fluently.
  • Solid knowledge in the setup, configuration, and optimization of JIRA.

 

 

What you will be doing:

 

  • Be the advocate of agility, educate the organisation about best-of-breed agile practices, frameworks, and techniques.
  • Enable teams to have productive meetings, by facilitating.
  • Support remote teams to track and resolve their risks and impediments.
  • Bring practical experience to the table about scaling organisations.
  • Help leadership and product on driving changes to the organization and engineering teams.
  • Implement organizational enablers that will allow us to deliver more value to our customers.
