Agile Coach

Are you an experienced Agile Coach looking for a new challenge within a fast-paced and autonomous environment?

I’m working closely with our Award Winning FinTech Partners to find a number of incredible Agile Coaches to join the team on a permanent and Hybrid basis located in Central London. The business has rapidly grown its technology function over the past 12 months and this rapid growth is set to continue. You will be joining a business who have seen its technology function flourish as they provide more innovative tools and products for its customers.

As the Agile Coach, you will advocate and champion Agile and Scrum methodology, whilst supporting Lean and Agile thinking across the business within a collaborative environment with the autonomy to lean on your expertise to ensure the best outcome possible.

You will be responsible for facilitating Scrum events, whilst working closely with the Product Owners to support the production of first-class products. You will work closely with senior stakeholders across the business to develop a culture of continuous improvement. You will have a solid and proven track record as an Agile Coach, ideally, in a Start-Up, Scale Up, or  FinTech environment.

You will also use your knowledge of Scrum, XP and Kanban to facilitate group-wide training and create an ongoing internal learning strategy. You will be a thought leader, an expert in your field and you will want to help ingrain and transform this business with Agile.

Package 

• Mid-level - up to £75,000 
• Mid to Senior - up to £90,000
