Agile Coach

3-Month Contract (Rolling-On) - Central London

Day Rate - paying up to £700 (Outside IR35) per day depending on your experience along with immediate deployment, if successful.

Award Winning FinTech Partners to an Agile Coaches to join the team on a contract and Hybrid basis located in Central London. The business has rapidly grown its technology function over the past 12 months and this rapid growth is set to continue. You will be joining a business who have seen its technology function flourish as they provide more innovative tools and products for its customers.

As the Agile Coach, you will have a solid and proven track record as an Agile Coach, ideally, in a Start-Up, Scale Up, or FinTech environment. You will Enable teams in delivering projects & products at a sustainable pace with a focus on customer value and use Agile and Lean practices to help coach and empower the unit to move towards self-management and high performance

What you will need to have:

• Majority of experience MUST be within a Start-up/Scale-up organisation
• Continuous improvement exposure on a project
