Consortia are working with a very exciting product-centric digital marketing business that, and we quote, ‘Our mission is to become the world leaders in our field’. Already operating out of 9 countries, they’re looking for a creative, solution-driven, BI Manager/Head to spearhead their BI strategy, operation, and Data team as they enjoy success across further countries.

The BI Manager/Head will be tasked with taking their product and business to the next level so beyond requiring a solid background in intelligence or analytics, this role requires leadership experience, utilising their previous experience to champion BI culture and best practice.

Responsibilities include:

• Setting the team vision for the future which aligns with the company goals
• Exploring, introducing, and implementing data technologies
• Driving data-driven performance by support to define and KPIs for all departments to future-proof growth
• Leading by example and championing data best-practice across the business.

Requirements:

They don’t have a specific list of technical requirements as you will be managing a team of Data Analysts. However, there is a need to demonstrate that you have experience in the responsibilities mentioned above.
