Business Analyst

Business Analyst - €65,000 - €75,000 - Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland (Hybrid)

Need to be on-site ideally 3-5 days per week

A Senior Business Analyst is needed for a Dublin based Life and Pensions business that is rapidly expanding globally and offering an opportunity for an incredible career with a massive upward trajectory.

If you are an experienced Business analyst with Life and Pensions sector experience, a background across IT Solutions and software/SDLC then this would be the perfect match! If you like solving challenges, working in a fast-paced autonomous environment then this is the opportunity for you. With a background in business analysis, you will be used to Working with stakeholders to translate product vision and strategy into clear requirements for delivery. You will have extensive experience of formal software development and process redesign methodologies, SDLC (Waterfall and Scrum) and test management planning and execution.

The ideal applicant MUST have Life and Pensions or finance sector experience.

The platform our client operates is one of the fastest growing in its environment and underpins a staggering volume of transactions.

Despite being in the finance space and a b2b orientated environment its better described as B2B 2C and as such anyone from retail, gambling or gaming sector would make an excellent fit. (other sectors will be considered too)

• IT Degree or equivalent, or strong relevant business or technical experience.
• Preferably 7+ years relevant business analysis experience
• Proven ability to manage multi-disciplined client requirements and processes, across different system platforms with various integrated systems.
• Expert knowledge and/or experience of project management fundamentals
• Expert analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Expert organisational skills with the ability to prioritise across multiple tasks to tight timelines and to coordinate cross teamwork.
• Expert communication, technical writing and influencing skills.
• Expert at identifying requirements across multi –platforms using appropriate methodologies.
