Business Analyst - Central London (Hybrid 2-days per week in office)

£60,000 - £75,000 p/a

Our client are in the process of a MASSIVE reshape of their business. The main objectives will involve a variety of projects from transforming a brand new back office system, implementing a new HR system platform and changing the way their finance department works.

As the Business Analyst, YOU will need to find out what capabilities are required from different vendors, creating user stories and ensuring what requirements documented are being implemented in that way.

What you will need to have:

• Solid experience working on large scale, complex projects as well as handling day-to-day operational requests.
• Happy to work within an unstructured environment, enabled with ownership and autonomy to make transformation changes in your own way
• Experience of working on wholesale business change projects
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to balance conflicting needs and priorities.
• Highly motivated, inquisitive, and creative problem-solving skills with excellent communication (verbal, written and presentation) skills and confidence to deliver at all levels.
