One of the globe's leading entertainment groups operating in the online sector is looking to recruit multiple Data Analysts to design one of the most safest and innovative platforms, expanding the lengths of data & technology to its limits.

They have a very ambitious goal to be a world class data and analytics business for our customers. To make this happen, they are looking for motivated Data Analysts to join as part of a new exciting Performance Analytics team.

About the role:

The favourable candidate will have commercial experience within senior data analytics, technical skills, a positive understanding of ecommerce and have the ability to work freely as well as within a team. This is a vibrant role, giving you great coverage to many data sources, stakeholders and important decisions which your data analytics will support.

What you will be doing:

• Use data and analytic techniques to answer business questions and quantify financial impact of different events or decisions
• Build analytical framework and tools to help with driver-based planning and tracking
• Build analytical framework and tools to help with scenario modeling
• Build analytical framework and tools to help with short term business forecasting
• Extract data from our database, on premise or cloud and prep the data
• Process data related to targets and ingest them into the various solutions being built
• Translate business requirements into meaningful KPIs used to monitor and drive business decisions
• Develop user-friendly dashboards and data tools for use across the business

What you will need to have:

• Excellent at analysing large and varied datasets
• Experience of predictive analytics and forecasting techniques
• Strong application of descriptive analytics and statistical techniques
• Strong presentation skills; able to articulate complex analysis and results to stakeholders in a compelling and easy to understand manner
• Capable of clarifying hypotheses and apply analytical techniques to test them
• Excellent SQL and data modeling skills
• Ecommerce experience essential, gambling experience a plus
• Fundamentals of Economics/Finance essential
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills (including VLOOKUP’s, Pivot tables
