You will join a fast-growing scale-up with a suite of best-in-class SaaS products. These products use the latest technologies and research in AI, NLP, and ML along with billions of data points a week to predict online interactions - which as you can imagine is extremely topical in today's society!

The Team:

The Senior Data Engineer will join a passionate Software Engineering team made up of 7 specialists with diverse skill sets, so lots to learn. You will be reporting into the Lead Data Engineer.

You and the role - Senior Data Engineer:

You will be tackling technical challenges daily to ensure that the business is on track to achieve its mission.

As a Senior Data Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work with the latest tech stack. Not only improve the current digital products and functionality but to create innovative new ideas for product development. As the Senior Data Engineer, you will be hands-on with the vast amounts of data available from start to finish, improving how teammates use and access it! You will also have an enormous impact on the data architecture and infrastructure within the business.

To be successful as a Senior Data Engineer:

• A passion for social good and working on impactful problems
• Comfortable getting stuck in with coding and the end-to-end data engineering process
• Effective soft skills and communication with stakeholders - technical and non-technical
• Experience with software engineering
• Tech essentials:
  • Python or JavaScript
  • Cloud computing with GCP or AWS (GCP preferred)
  • Node.js
