As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of designing and developing highly distributed, efficient machine-learning training systems that can handle large-scale data and complex models.

Role Summary:

• Design and develop highly distributed and efficient machine learning training systems capable of handling large-scale data and complex models.
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, providing technical guidance and fostering professional growth.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define and execute medium-term development plans.
• Conduct in-depth analysis and evaluation of machine learning algorithms and parallelism to enhance system capabilities.

Role Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning engineering or a related field.
• Strong programming skills in Python or C++, with proficiency in other languages as a bonus.
• Proven experience in designing, building, and optimizing large distributed computing systems.
• Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms and parallelism.
