AI Engineer – Healthcare

Salary Range: $170,000 to $225,000

Location: Charlotte, NC

Their technology drastically reduces the time it takes to complete medical tasks—from hours to minutes—by automating complex workflows through advanced AI models and agents.

The Role:

• Build and optimize AI-powered pipelines that process millions of requests daily, driving automation of complex knowledge tasks.
• Develop solutions that apply AI beyond standard research—working on challenges with no existing tutorials.
• Tackle novel product, system design, and business problems, delivering real-world impact for some of the biggest names in healthcare.
• Work hands-on with custom AI models to streamline administrative workflows and enhance efficiency across the healthcare system.

About You:

• You have 3+ years of experience building and shipping AI-driven products, consistently demonstrating high performance and accuracy.
• You're comfortable designing, experimenting, and prototyping complex AI pipelines that integrate multiple data sources and models, ensuring consistent and reliable outputs.
• You bring a deep understanding of how AI research can be practically applied to product development and enterprise solutions.
• You have a track record of breaking down complex challenges into clean, scalable architectures with reusable code.
• Any experience in the Healthcare industry will be a huge bonus.
