Consortia are excited to partner with one of the leading AI-Driven Start-Ups in their search for a Machine Learning Team Lead who will be part of the Senior Leadership Team. Their product was created to solve highly complex problems within the Operations space utilising cutting edge ML technologies. This product has transferability across multiple industries with the potential to improve millions of lives.

 

 

They are looking for a Machine Learning Team Lead to head up the Machine Learning Team. Someone who can bridge between ML & the business to make high-level decisions and shape the roadmap. Someone who can be an effective leader when it comes to developing those around her/him. Someone who can effectively communicate the Machine Learning & Tech vision to all types of stakeholder. Someone who can get their hands dirty whilst wearing multiple hats.

 

 

You will join an intelligent machine learning team to lead the development of end-to-end machine learning models.

 

 

For this Machine Learning Team Lead role, we are looking for someone who can:

• Effectively communicate the ML & tech vision to stakeholders
• Be the bridge between Machine Learning and the Business
• Build, develop and manage the Machine Learning team
• Someone with in-depth commercial experience building Machine Learning solutions in a start-up/scale-up environment

 

 

When interviewing you will follow a smooth 3 stage process, which will be conducted remotely. You will be meeting the following:

• The machine learning team & the engineering team
• CTO, COO & CEO
