People (HR) & Talent Partner - €48k + €4k bonus

Consortia are working with a Berlin-based tech innovator that is on a mission to improve the world through intelligent machine learning and AI-based tools.

Due to continuous growth (Despite the economy!), they are looking to expand their people team by adding a People & Talent Partner who thrives in or is looking for an adventurous and ambitious scale-up environment.

The People & Talent Partner will mainly be responsible for recruitment, agency management, onboarding, ATS management, reporting, driving best practice talent partnering, and contribute to the general people operation.

The People & Talent Partner will join a passionate and enthusiastic people team and help drive positive culture whilst implementing solid people process across the business. They will champion the use of data to help support the people team and wider business to make sound decisions around the evolution of the department as they continue to scale to global heights.

Essential Requirements:

• Around 2 years’ experience working as a Talent/Recruitment partner within a start-up/scale-up environment. Though happy to consider applicants from a more established business.
• A practical understanding of German labour and social laws
• Someone happy with hybrid working. 2 days from home, 3 from the Berlin-based office
• Excellent communicator
• Organised, diligent, someone comfortable operating in a growing/evolving business
