Role – Sales Manager  

Location – Fully Remote

Salary - £65,000 - £75,000 – Depending on Experience


Role Overview:

Are you an experience Sales Manager looking to join a cutting-edge tech business? Consortia are currently recruiting for a Sales Manager, with fully remote working. As their Sales Manager, you will be selling our key partner’s payment solutions, including enterprise payments, e-wallet solutions, Forex & payment solutions with their industry. You will be tasked with developing a robust sales plan and pipeline to drives their sales and new revenue growth in your markets.

Our client is a leading brand that focusses on streamlining certain processes within their industry. They are already a very well-known and established, successful business, who have been leading the industry for over 15 years. Their success has been through support of their ever-growing team and currently have shy of 1000 staff members, whilst operating in multiple countries, across the world. They have major plans for additional growth and continues enhancements in technology.


Role Responsibilities:

  • Promote brand awareness, payment solutions, FOREX and E-wallet to new customers
  • Plan sales and prospecting strategy to your area and define activities to meet sales targets
  • Update the relevant software that monitor the sales pipeline cycle
  • Establish customers’ needs, assess the relevant services required and prepare proposals
  • Understand the value drivers and negotiate the commercials for the relevant services
  • Liaise with the Business Intelligence Team to develop high quality leads


Role Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma
  • MBA / Master Sales Business Development & Banking Education
  • Sales experience in the FinTech sector of at least 4/5 years
  • Understanding of payments product sales, e-wallets solution sales
  • Having worked in FinSales, Payment Provider or Bank
  • Experience in remote working, working independently and collaborating with a team virtually

  • Prospecting and establishing new relationships
  • Managing sales pipeline & revenue generation
  • Direct selling
  • Sales follow ups and sales closing skills
  • Sales onboarding of clients
  • Excellent communicate and presentation skills
