Customer Strategy Manager required for a leading digital transformation and management consultancy who specialises in private equity. 

My client combines business consultancy, digital design thinking, marketing, technology, and data to solve complex problems for CEOs and their investors, looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial Customer Strategy Manager

This is a hybrid position where you will be required in the office 2/3 days a week in London.

Salary: £67,500 -£90,000 DOE 

Remit:

  • Check customer projects visions, roadmaps, processes as well as marketing automation strategies including tools, and KPIs making an assessment and identifying opportunities but also recommendations for growth.
  • Identify best routes/practices and competitor insights identifying performance and comparing outcomes.
  • Analyse, manipulate, report on data when reviewing performance and data metrics/KPIs

Experience required: 

  • 3 years+ in a project-based consultancy position.
  • Experience in CRM management. 
  • Fluent in English, and French-speaking would also be preffered.
