Growth Product Director

Consortia are exclusively recruiting a Growth Product Director for a leader in their B2C market. This in incredible opportunity to lead 3 cross functional teams in an organisation with over 40m unique monthly visits and half a million B2B customers.

As a Growth Product Director, you will deliver their freemium strategy moving from sales to a product led business. The business is making investments in Growth, Design and the Product teams in addition to the existing data, development and design functions, so the Product Director will have all the resources on hand to deliver on the strategy.

What's critical in this role is leadership experience especially across cross-functional teams. You will have excellent communication skills as you will be interacting with millions of customers to understand their needs and continue to contribute to the growth of their business. You must be commercially focussed, as you will also be responsible of driving the company's future growth by identifying innovative and profitable solutions that will result in additional opportunities. 

• Proven history of developing and launching large-scale software products.
• Experience with Product Led Growth/Self Service Growth.
• Good people leadership skills and experience in line management with a strong ability to motivate people and lead by example.
• Commercial and analytical mindset with experience of leveraging data to inform your product decisions.
• Experience with upselling to higher-level product editions.
• Clear communicator and be the voice of the customer in all aspects of product development and delivery.
