Consortia is looking for a Growth Product Team Lead to join a rapidly expanding consumer brand in Berlin
As the Growth Product Team Lead you will be responsible for optimising conversion rates and developing new features that drive traffic through the site. You will also assist in sculpting the product vision for their digital customer journey and create new features and channels to drive user activation.
What we are looking for?
- Around 5+ years of experience in consumer-facing Product or Growth Management role
- Proven track record of building consumer-facing products from concept to launch
- You are a Conversion rate optimization (CRO) specialist
- In-depth knowledge of SEO and content features to drive traffic
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver a great user experience
