Insight Analysts

The Customer Insights Analyst will be responsible for providing trend analysis and business reporting also understanding the drivers of the company revenue through both financial and customer segments.


The Insights analyst will:

Provide and maintain trend analysis reportsHelp the business understand the driver of revenue from customersUnderstand drivers of revenue through productsInvestigate price and demand for the company's main productsWork closely with internal managers to help them understand their teams performanceInvestigate the customer experience and how this relates to the business performance.


kills/Experience includes:



  • Experience with regression modelling software (SAS preferable)
  • Proficient in SQL
  • Minimum of 2 years experience working within a commercial analysis role
  • Passionate about the drivers of business performance and customer behaviour
  • Advanced Excel skills



Knowledge of quantitative analysis and econometric modelling would be preferable along with a Maths or Statistics degree.


In return for these skills my client offers the Customer Insights Manager a salary of £40,000 plus benefits.
