A Head of Customer Insight is required to join a leading financial serves client based in central London. The Head of Customer Insight will be joining a brand new customer experience division focussing on providing the best possible customer experience and putting the customer at the heart of everything they do. Several senior appointment hires have already been made and they are now seeking an ambitious Head of Customer Insight to join to shape the Insight function.
Working in a fast paced environment, you will help ensure the business gathers and actions insights from multiple touchpoints from digital to physical, with a view using key insights to remove obstacles along key user journeys. You will have one direct report initially with remit to further grow the division as required. You will report into the Director of Customer Insight and have direct access into senior management to ensure you can achieve key objectives.
The ideal Head of Customer Insight will ideally have experience of analysing data from multiple touchpoints including call centres, digital ChitChat, web analytics, customer feedback and more. You will join a large organisation, with newly appointed senior management who are looking to change and improve how they interact with customers. This is a critical role within the business with excellent opportunity for further growth.
