An Insight Analyst is needed for a leading Marketing Agency based in London. They are looking for a talented analyst, ideally from a stats background (can live without), to work on various client projects.
They are open to people who have never worked in an agency before and this role is 95% office based. The only travel is the odd client meeting a couple of times a month, normally around London.
Your role will be to analyse a variety of datasets for customer segmentation, post campaign analysis, customer life time value, clustering etc. They require skills with R or SAS as they use both and will cross train you on the other tool. They may also consider a background in SPSS depending on skill level. They use Tableau for data visualisation and so will train you up if needed.
The office has a casual dress code with a laid back work environment and they offer a great work live balance with home working and flexible hours available.
They are big in employee training and progression so no proverbial glass ceilings to stop you reaching your goals.
