Consortia are looking for a German Speaking Trainee / Graduate Recruitment Consultant to Join Consortia’s first international office in Germany. You will be based out of our head office in Central Bristol for the first 6-12 months, where you will receive industry leading training.

Recruitment is one of the highest paying Sales jobs, and is likely to suit an outgoing, competitive, bright individual who has big ambitions for their career. You will probably come from a background in Sales, Business Development or Telesales. To be a successful Recruitment Consultant you need to have a strong work ethic and be prepared to take the knocks that inevitably come from a job dealing with people and sales. It's not all plain sailing however the financial rewards, incentives and career opportunities are fantastic.

What will a career at Consortia Group offer you?

  • Basic Salary of £20,000 - £24,000 per annum depending on sales experience
  • Expect to earn up to £45K in your first year, £60K yr 2 and £100k+ yr 3

What will the role involve?

Being a Recruitment Consultant is a very challenging career and not for the fainthearted. You will need to possess the ability to build relationships with new and existing clients, to create some amazing business opportunities and be motivated to work within a sales and target driven environment. This is predominantly a sales role that offers exceptional rewards, fantastic benefits and fast career progression.

What training will you receive?

All our new starters take part in a structured 12-week training programme, which will provide you with all the skills to become a 360 recruitment consultant. 

You will receive training from one of the best Recruitment trainers in the market and will receive 1.1 coaching on an ongoing basis.
