  • UNCAPPED commission scheme = £40K OTE
  • Basic salary of £20,000 – £24,000
  • Working hours 8:30am – 5:30pm

What will the role of a Graduate Recruitment Consultant involve?

  • As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will be managing the end to end recruitment life cycle
  • Winning new clients as well as maintaining and developing client relationships
  • Source candidates via headhunting, networking, and advertising
  • Researching the market and keeping up to date with market trends
  • Most of the day will be spent on the phone, however, there will be regular meetings with both clients and candidates to build rapport
  • Working to daily, weekly and monthly targets
  • Gaining a client brief on candidate requirements
  • Arranging interviews then closing the deal

To be a successful Recruitment Consultant, you must have the ability to thrive under pressure, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and be extremely goal driven. Whether you have financial, personal or professional goals (i.e wanting to earn £100K in the next 5 years) Recruitment could be the career for you.



What training will you receive to do the job of a Graduate Recruitment Consultant?

All our Graduates and trainee consultants take part in an 8-week training programme, which will provide you with all the skills to do the above tasks. You will Receive Training from one of the best Recruitment trainers in the market. All our Graduate Recruitment Consultants receive 1.1 coaching on an on-going basis. You will also be paired up with a mentor who will oversee your career development from day one.
