A Managing Contract Recruitment Consultant, covering the UK's hottest markets, is currently sought at Consortia, the specialist tech division of the £200m Coyle Group.

The role will be a billing Team Lead role with a FastTrack trajectory to Head of Contract, and will appeal to a current Contract Recruitment Consultant who is at Senior level and mentoring individual team members.

The opportunity for the successful Managing Contract Consultant will be to join and lead our most successful division; Software Development. You will be leading from the front leveraging our 500+ clients to supply permanent solutions for your business unit. Working as a 360 recruiter you will set the standard you expect your team to follow.  

Consortia have been working the UX, Product and Software Development market for over 10 years, are recognised as one of the best in our field and have an incredibly well-connected Director and hold more unique talent than our competitors.  

Reporting directly to Director level, you will be a team of 4 from day 1. The team currently consists of a Principal Recruitment Consultant, and 2 X Recruitment Consultants all of whom have been trained and are consistently billing and has the track record of the best performing team.
