Consortia’s Germany team have had some exceptional success this year, and as such we are now looking for a Managing Recruitment Consultant to lead the team! The Senior Recruitment Consultant will have the opportunity to step up to Management from day one and embark on our internal and external management training programme.
The Managing Recruitment Consultant will be working the Software Development Permanent market within Berlin, whilst managing a team of 2 from day 1. A Managing Recruitment Consultant can expect to progress to Head of within 12+ months and Associate Director within 2-3 years, making this an exceptional career opportunity!
We already have data in the Berlin market, and a handful of client terms signed. You will be leveraging our 600+ clients that we currently work within the UK to build business in Berlin.
