We’ve been working with amazing clients in Germany since we first started in 2010 but in the last 2 years, we’ve really committed to the country! We are now looking for a recruitment team lead to grow out our development and data team as we push our focus beyond Berlin.


I haven’t done international recruitment

There is absolutely no need for you to have done international recruitment before. You’ll be working for an MD who knows the country (he did his first Consortia placements in 2010 in Berlin and Hamburg) and in a team with experience of what works and ultimately what doesn’t!

What do I need for a Recruitment Team Lead job?


experience of recruiting developers


experience in international recruitment markets.


Isn’t there a language barrier?

No, we’ll encourage you to be able to handle the pleasantries in German but there is no need to be fluent or even conversational.


Will I have to go and live overseas?

No not unless you want to!
