Due to the ongoing success of our Germany team, Consortia are looking for at least two experienced recruitment consultants to come in at Senior Recruitment Consultant or Principal Recruitment Consultant level.

 

We've been working with amazing clients in Germany since we first started in 2010, but it's only in the last two years, we've committed to the country! The Germany team have continued to post fantastic wins despite Covid-19 with; personal bests hit, promotions gained and longstanding deal fee records falling.

 

We are now looking to expand that team growing our product, development and data desks in Berlin as well as moving further into Hamburg and Munich. 

 

There is no need for you to have done international recruitment before and no need to be fluent or even conversational. You will be working directly for the MD Ryan who knows the country (he did his first Consortia placements in 2010 in Berlin and Hamburg) and in a team with experience of what works and ultimately what doesn't! 

 

We find the hard to find, but because we really get into our markets, it is easier for us, than internal teams or recruiters spread too thin. By staying niche, we command fees that are in line with the high levels of service we offer and at salary levels of €70,000 - €150,000. What that means is Consortia provide a real value add in the eyes of both hiring managers and internal talent teams. 

 

What sort of Recruitment Consultant would suit Consortia?

We are not about ego's and culture as we now grow, is our priority. We have worked hard to make sure that we are building the right team and environment, so while good billings are necessary, it is the fit that's key! 

 

At this level, we do expect 360 recruitment experience; either contract or permanent. While IT, tech or digital recruitment is ideal, we're still keen to meet recruiters from any background that feel they could make the transition to senior appointments in the tech space.
