A Team Lead for our Contract devision, covering the UK's hottest markets, is currently sought at Consortia, the specialist tech division of the £200m Coyle Group.

The opportunity for the Team Leader will be to join and lead our most successful division; across Development across the UK. The role will be a billing Team Lead role with a FastTrack trajectory to Associate Director and will appeal to a current Principal Recruitment Consultant or Managing Consultant who is looking for the next step.

You will be leading from the front leveraging our 500+ clients to supply permanent solutions for your business unit. Working as a 360 recruiter you will set the standard you expect your team to follow.  

Consortia have been working the UX, Product and Software Development markets for over 10 years, and are recognised as one of the best in our field.

Reporting directly to Director level, you will lead a team of 3 from day one, managing one of Bristol’s most successful contract teams with above average profitability per head.
