Consortia’s UX & Product desk have seen some exceptional growth already this year and is the heart of Consortia’s core markets. We are looking for a Managing Consultant to manage and lead our UX and Product Permanent team, working across the London market.

This will be a billing manager role, specifically working the Product (Product Managers, Product Owners, Heads of Product, Product Directors) market in London, whilst managing 2 UX permanent consultants. This is an extremely successful team and consists of 1 Principal Consultant and 1 Recruitment Consultan, who is one of the rising stars within the business. The Product is an extremely warm desk, with over £100k worth of inbound business.

We have been working the UX & Product market for over 10 years, and our Associate Director is globally recognised for these markets.

This role comes with the opportunity to fast track through to Head of UX & Product, whilst being able to grow the team as we expand throughout the UK.

Basic Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum + team overrides + bonus
Job Title: Managing Consultant / Team Lead (dependant on experience)

Location: Central Bristol (Near Temple Meads)

What we are looking for?

  • Minimum 3/4 years’ experience of 360˚ recruitment
  • Experience ideally in the IT / Digital market (will consider other industries)
  • Excellent business development skills
  • Ability to train and develop junior consultants
  • Experience of managing a team of 3 minimum
  • Experience of providing consultant appraisals and setting of targets
