Off the back of an exceptional year in 2018, Consortia are looking for 3 Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join our office in Central Bristol.

The role of a Trainee Recruitment Consultant can be one of the most financially rewarding, and is likely to suit an outgoing, competitive, bright individual who has big ambitions for their career. You will probably come from a background in Sales, Business Development or Telesales.

However, being a Trainee Recruitment Consultant isn’t for the faint hearted. You need to have a strong work ethic and be prepared to take the knocks that inevitably come from a job dealing with people and sales. It's not all plain sailing however the financial rewards, incentives and career opportunities are fantastic!

What will a career at Consortia Group offer you?

  • Basic Salary of £20,000 - £24,000 per annum depending on sales experience
  • Expect to earn up to £45K in your first year, £60K yr 2 and £100k+ yr 3
  • Clear opportunities for progression with clear pre-defined career path
  • Working hours 8.30am – 5.30pm

What will the role of a Trainee Recruitment Consultant involve?

  • Business development and lead generation
  • Working to daily, weekly and monthly targets
  • Building a client and candidate base
  • Gaining a client brief on candidate requirements
  • Regular meetings with both clients and candidates to build rapport
  • Source candidates via headhunting, advertising, networking and social media
  • Screening and interviewing suitable candidates
  • Arranging the interview then closing the deal

What training will you receive?

All our new starters take part in a structured 12-week training programme, which will provide you with all the skills to become a 360 recruitment consultant.  

You will receive training from one of the best Recruitment trainers in the market and will receive 1.1 coaching on an ongoing basis.  

There is no standard CV for Recruitment, we are looking for sales people who have the drive to succeed, aren’t afraid of hard work and are motivated by success and fast progression.
