UX & Digital Delivery Consultant

As a UX & Digital Delivery Consultant in our European Talent Team, you will work with globally recognized brands and exciting start-ups to meet their UX and Digital hiring needs across Europe.

As digital delivery consultant you will predominantly be working on permanent recruitment for UX and UI Design (an area Consortia is recognised as being one of the top European recruiters in). In addition to permanent UX recruitment you will also be working with public sector clients on their digital contract recruitment needs.

The Delivery Team is growing to be the backbone of our European growth and we are looking for a UX & Digital Delivery Consultants to join at an exciting time of rapid expansion for the business.

As a UX & Digital Delivery Consultant, you will join our Fast Track program, which provides a supportive environment to develop your career in any direction within the group that interests you most.

As a member of the Delivery team, you'll identify marketing, digital, and UX talent for companies ranging from start-ups to scale-ups, and support the HR and Talent teams at companies like eBay and PokerStars in their search for hard-to-find talent.

Required

Experience in either contract or permanent recruitment

There is no need to have prior experience in UX recruitment but an appreciation of it would help!
