As an early stage start-up with well over a million secured in funding, this innovative Tech firm have found a gap in the market specialising in wearable Technologies and looking to launch this exciting Product into new markets as the company scales over the next 6-12 months,

As a Lead Software Developer, you will be join a talented growing Engineering team which will see you initially looking at existing architecture, developing on the roadmap and as the Lead, tasked with making important architectural decisions,

In a start-up environment, you can pretty much guess that rolling your sleeves up and getting “stuck in” will be the norm but with such important work yet still to be done, the impact you can have will be substantial,

Experience with Android SDK’s will be essential as the role will involve working on a Mobile App and a web based platform plus it’s critical that you have experience with either webRTC or Freeswitch.

Your day to day within the first 6 months will involve coding with Java or C++, (Javascript or React on the Front end will also be beneficial) for a variety of functions that will be used across both mobile and web,

The Lead role will come with future responsibility to recruit into the team, coach and mentor more junior developers aswell as being “hands on” given that as a “Senior”, you’re not going to want to be bogged down by 1-2-1’s all day, you’ll still get to do the things you love most!

The salary is between £60k - £80k which will depend on your experience, you will also have access to equity and benefits, given the moves they are making and the long term growth plans, this could see you making a significant return,
