As a Tech Lead, together with your team, you will build great features enabling real estate agents to accelerate their business. Do you to be part of that journey?

Skills you should bring with you:

• Several years of professional experience as a Java developer (Java 8/11), Spring/Spring Boot
• Excellent knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (MySQL, Apache Kafka, and Elasticsearch are being used currently)
• You worked in cross-functional agile teams and know that responsibility does not end with deployment
• You have a real passion for clean and beautiful code, with an eye for simplicity and pragmatism
• You speak HTTP and REST like your mother tongue, gRPC as a bonus
• You have the ambition to get up to speed with new systems and concepts quickly
• Proficient in English. German language skills are a plus.

What you will be doing:

• As the Tech Lead, you will drive the architectural decision-making for the team and collaborate closely with your product manager
• Set the bar for technical and operational excellence in the team, while balancing business and technical requirements
• Manage technical debt and help to set priorities for the delivery roadmap, and enable the team by identifying and resolving blockers
• Foster knowledge sharing and learning in your team and across the organization
• Mentor team members and work with the Engineering Manager to grow a highly skilled team
