Engineering Manager

Consortia have teamed up with an eCommerce Giant in Berlin, to secure an Engineering Manager who will lead their Engineering function. 

The 'Must Haves' - 

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering
• Proven experience managing tech and high-performance tech teams in dynamic companies
• In-depth experience with Web Development languages and REST APIs
• In-depth coding experience
• Start-up experience would be a huge advantage

What You'll Be Doing?

• Working alongside the CTO to lead and develop the tech teams to develop strategy and plan the company's long term goals
• Providing direction and leadership in all areas of technology and engineering
• Achievement of revenue and profit goals
• Developing an overall IT roadmap and delivering it
• Hands-on managing the integration and maintenance of new tools
• Leading the development team and external technology partners
