Lead Front End Engineer

We are looking for a creative Lead Front End Engineer to join a Fin-Tech start-up in Central Berlin. You'll be experienced in Vue.js or React.js with a passion to lead and mentor a talented development team. This Fin-Tech is backed by a number of respectable investors and is on a mission to make the digital financial marketplace more transparent and efficient across Europe.

What we are looking for?

• 5+ Years Front End Development experience - Vue.js / React.js, HTML5, CSS3
• Experience with Full Stack Development technologies
• A passion to drive the business forward with design and development ideas
• Experience with complex and testable applications
• Experience in working in an agile development environment

Bonus Points 

• Experience mentoring other Front End Developers or leading projects
• Experience working within a Fin-Tech / Start-Up environment

What you'll be doing?

• You'll collaborate and inspire a growing team of talented Front End Developers and Designers to bring your ideas to fruition
• You'll have a direct influence on the design and build of a greenfield application, launching projects from the very beginning and seeing them through from inception to completion
• You'll improve the app's usability by implementing new components in Vue.js 
• You'll build complex components i.e. analytical dashboards
