Senior Localization Engineer

Consortia are working with a Berlin-based tech innovator that is on a mission to improve the world through intelligent machine learning and AI-based translation tools.

Due to continuous growth (Despite the economy!), they are looking to add a Senior Localization Engineer who thrives in or is looking for an adventurous and ambitious scale-up environment.

The Senior Localization Engineer will join a passionate and ambitious team, and champion a best-practice approach to operations in order to support managers across the business and around the world. They will be responsible for: Understanding requirements, automating workflows, process analysis and optimisation, quality assurance process improvement, and scripting using languages such as Python, Perl, or JavaScript.

Essential Requirements:

• Around 3 years’ experience within localization and strong knowledge of localization software
• Experience in scripting languages such as Python, Perl, or JavaScript
• Proven experience in process improvement
• Someone happy with hybrid working. 2 days from home, 3 from the Berlin-based office
• Excellent communicator
