Engineering Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead a cross-functional team of engineers.
• Supervise your team's projects and provide updates where necessary.
• Monitor reliability/performance of microservices + recommend improvements.
• Help to execute engineering processes and policies to allow improvements across all teams.

Qualifications

• Proven track record as a Software Engineer, ideally modern JavaScript.
• Demonstrated leader with a solid understanding of technical landscapes.
• Hands-on experience in designing the architecture of large-scale data platforms.
• Proven track record of shipping high-quality software.
• Experienced with SOA using a cloud platform, ideally AWS.
• You are focused on continuous improvement and your aim is to maintain a great team culture.
