Head of Product Design

Are you looking for a role as a Head of Product Design working for our client who are a household name and have award winning design teams?

You will be responsible for the overall management of UX & UI Design teams, prioritising workflows, and managing tribe relationships. As the Head of Product Design, you will ensure work is delivered in line with project plans and high standards. Also, foster a culture of holistic working and collaboration across different teams and be responsible for design team personal development. You will be customer focussed across all platforms, throughout the design process and within the wider design teams and products. Partnering closely with Heads of departments to shape the design teams and develop team and business goals.

As the Head of Product Design, it is key you have experience managing a large design team and that you are confident dealing with stakeholders across the wider business, as well as being someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is happy reprioritising and dealing with complex issues.

The client is currently working on a hybrid working model, and our client is looking for the Head of Product Design to come into their London offices a maximum 2 days a week, but only when necessary for collaboration!

Job title – Head of Product Design

Working set up – Hybrid – 2 days a week in the office

Office Location – Central London

Salary – circa £130K + up to 65% bonus
