Lead Product Designer

A Lead Product Designer is required by a stealth mode start-up that is shaking up the prop-tech sector. You will join a team of real quality, intelligent and motivated individuals who are passionate about disrupting this space.

As a Lead Product Designer joining the team, you will be responsible for helping to shape and define amazing interactions, stunning user interfaces, how the customers navigate and so much more. The product is a complex 2 sided marketplace, so there are lots of design challenges to conquer, with a focus on b2b and b2c flows.

The Lead Product Designer will join at a time of exciting growth. Projected to grow at a rate of 30% year on year, this position will grow into a leadership position in a global business with massive ambitions.

The Lead Product Designer will ideally have strength in end-to-end design process, with a real finesse in UI. An ability to own and build out a design system will be equally important, as is the ability to get stuff done and assist in different areas as needed.
