Product Designer

I have been retained by my client who is experiencing growth from start-up to scale up and they require a Product Designer to join the team, to shape the future experiences of their customers. Named as one of Europe's fastest-growing companies in both 2019 and 2020, there is a huge opportunity to have a significant impact on the design and experience of the product.

Starting as the sole Product Designer, there is an opportunity to grow into a head of design as the company scales.

Key to the success of this Product Designer is a passion for designing experiences that delight, currently across the web, however, this will involve moving towards mobile products.

What will the Product Designer need:

• An ability to shape experiences from beginning to end, with a particular interest and passion for workflows and interactions.
• Able to interpret user research and inform the design process, working with developers to build effective user-friendly solutions.
• A keen eye for design, to ensure the interface is not only easy to use but beautiful to look at.
• Energy and passion for solving problems and creative solutions.
• The toolset is open on this, you will likely have experience in Sketch, Figma, or any other prototyping and wireframing tool.
