Product Designer

Consortia are looking for a Product Designer who wants to join our mission-based client who’s work helps thousands of lives, our client is in a niche area of the healthtech industry and wants the right designer who can come in and take ownership of the design process.

They are looking for a Product Designer to come and be a part of their journey, as they are growing rapidly, and they are looking for a designer who can eventually help grow out their team. You’ll be working with a fiercely ambitious and fun team with a focus on building out design capabilities, for which you will be given full trust and autonomy.

This is an end-to-end role so the right Product Designer will need to be comfortable wearing multiple hats, working in a fast-paced environment, and getting involved in all aspects of the product development process. Your focus will be working on the mobile app, so native mobile app experience is preferred, but not a necessity if you have web app experience and the passion to go along with it, then we would still like to speak with you.

Ideally, as the Product Designer, you will have experience working in cross-functional teams, and you will be responsible for creating wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and prototypes. You will use data and analytics to make informed decisions, also whilst constantly testing and experimenting with new changes.

This is an opportunity for the right candidate to help the strategy not only of their product but their business, giving them the opportunity to see how their work can make a huge difference. Some other responsibilities will be creating and maintaining a design system, taking ownership of the research, and having a strong understating of their company and product KPIs to ensure they are working as effectively as possible.

This is a fully flexible role so you can be fully remote or there is the option to go into the office.
