You’ve led or contributed to major design systems before – now it’s time to own one at scale.

A global client is seeking a Senior Product Designer (Design Systems) to consolidate and modernise multiple systems into one unified, enterprise-ready design framework.

This is a hands-on, specialist role for someone who thrives on crafting scalable design foundations, not just contributing to them. You’ll shape system architecture, build out components in Figma, ensure accessibility, and create clear documentation that enables consistent design across multiple products.

It’s a fast-paced environment where your systematic approach and eye for detail will be critical – and your ability to work independently will be valued.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Designing the foundations and structure of a multi-brand design system

• Creating robust, reusable Figma components

• Embedding accessibility best practices throughout

• Producing clear documentation and system guidelines

• Defining governance and workflows for long-term sustainability

What you’ll need:

• Expertise in Figma at scale across complex design systems

• Experience consolidating or building large-scale component libraries

• A detail-oriented, systematic mindset

• Ability to work independently and deliver at speed
