Senior Product Designer

Consortia are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Product Designer who is looking for their next challenge working within an award-winning full-service agency. You'll be creating software for some of the most exciting and well-known brands.

Our client has won awards for being one of the best places to work in the UK. They put UX at the centre of everything that they do, and they are looking for the right candidate who does the same.

As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll work with a brilliant team working with household names guiding your colleagues, and department to improve everything design-related. You will come in and use your experience as a Senior Product Designer to help fast forward the design process, based on your research and knowledge of the business needs.

With a large existing customer base to work with and full autonomy, you will be given the space to create real business change. The right Product Designer will bring design systems knowledge, design thinking, expertise, and innovation.

This is a fully remote role and the right Senior Product Designer will be given complete freedom to set their own deadlines. You’ll be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and thrive working in a collaborative team.

Here are some key requirements for the Senior Product Designer:

• Extensive experience working as a senior designer
• An expert in the whole end-to-end process, UI, visual, and motion design and prototyping
• Experience with apps
• Impeccable visual design
• A love for solving complex problems
• Have a deep understanding of users
• Great communication and a real team player
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment

Some desirable skills, but not essential:

• Experience working in an agency
• Experience managing or mentoring
• Figma knowledge

This role is a fully remote role but they have two offices based in the UK that are open to all their employees.
