Senior Product Designer

Consortia have partnered up with an exciting start-up company looking for a Senior Product Designer to be part of their early-stage journey. Our client is delivering a complex solution across the crypto and blockchain division and needs an experienced Principal Product Designer to join a collaborative team with a focus on building out design capabilities, for which you will be given full trust and autonomy.

This is a highly complex product so the right Principal Product Designer will need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have an entrepreneurial mindset, and you will also be responsible for the UX/UI and help our client to grow their platform and work to understand the user’s needs.

Ideally, as the Principal Product Designer, you will design the UI and UX for their web app, build user flows and design new features, have a deep understanding of user behaviors, and be able to implement change based on these. Our client is looking for the right candidate who has a previous record of working on incredibly complex problems, it would be a huge benefit to have previously worked in the crypto/blockchain space.

Another advantage for the Principal Product Designer would be to have experience building mobile applications, design systems, and examples of great UI work.
