Head of Product Management

Consortia are excited to partner with one of the leading Edtech Platforms in their search for a Head of Product Management. Their Social and community-driven product helps businesses around the Globe create a culture of learning embedded at the heart of their core values.

They are looking for a Head of Product Management to lead the four PM's currently in the team, along with integrating the Design function into their focus on customer research, discovery and test and learn principles.

Mentoring and coaching are deeply engrained in their mission and the Head of Product will be passionate about helping the PM team grow when it comes to Product thinking and have a great grasp around the process that constitutes building world-class digital products.

Here are some areas The Head of Product will have ideally touched on:

• Experience building Edtech, SaaS-based products OR social/ community-driven platforms. 
• You're passionate about coaching and mentoring other Product Managers.
• A keen eye for great design and a firm believer in the design/ PM relationship.
• You take customer centricity to the next level and value through research and discovery.

All interviews will be conducted remotely and flexible working will be available when applicable. You'll be meeting with the following:

• Director of Product Management
• Some of the Product Team.
• CTO and Exec team.
• Final call with the Director of Product and CEO.
