Are you a Head of Product/ Product Director looking for a challenge that gets you out of bed in the morning, working with a market disrupting Fintech company providing healthier financial balance to its users using award winning machine learning and AI?

The client of mine is looking for an experienced Product Leader/ Director to grab the Product development by the horns, liaise with stakeholders and help sculpt the Product function in the business. You will be given the autonomy to get behind the Product vision, implement ideas and build out a Product team that will enable you to deliver.

Responsibilities for the Head of Product will include;

• Full ownership of the Product lifecycle and accountability in meeting the customer’s needs.
• Manage and build out a team of Product Managers and Owners and dev team.
• You will have worked as a Head of Product/CPO/VP of Product in a tech led environment.
• High levels of commercial experience.
• Have owned a product from concept, delivery and iteration.
