Head of Product

Are you a Product Leader with a background in mobile design and experience in a fintech or regulated industry?

Consortia have partnered up with a prop-tech company looking for an experienced and passionate Head of Product. My client is looking to scale their newly launched mobile app, completely new to the UK market, and has the ambition and resources to grow the product into a household name Fintech product.

As a Head of Product, you will be driving the product development & roadmap with the product's new features and feature improvements, and become the champion of the product. The Head of Product will join a team of 50+ and work closely with the marketing, development, and management teams to drive the growth of the company's IOS and Android apps. You will be able to identify solution-focused product enhancements, define the work required & work with Project and Technical teams to deliver measurably successful improvements.

The Head of Product role:

> Experience in mobile application, ideally in a fintech/banking or regulated industry.

> Strong product management experience and technical background with a strong understanding of software development life cycle and web technologies.

> Proven track record of building high-performing product teams.

> Manage and develop the Product teams and managers within the B2C area.

> Be the voice of the customer (that means both current and future) in all aspects of product development and delivery.

Working Arrangement for the Head of Product role:

My client is based in London or Manchester, and they operate on a hybrid arrangement, although more remote than hybrid.

Working set up – 1x a week/fortnight in the office

Office location – London/Manchester

Salary – £120k-£140k
