The head of Product will be based in this Amsterdam-based AI life sciences head office, which creates innovative products that touch the lives of millions across the globe. It’s a great time to join as they have recently been acquired and secured funding to truly kick into scale-up mode. it's an opportune moment to be part of their growth journey.

You will be joining a product lead organisation, that celebrates Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, with Gender Parity and representation from over 15 nationalities.

As the head of product, you will oversee and lead the newly established product function and oversee 4 direct reports, as well being responsible for the vision, definition, and roadmap for their

existing product portfolio. You will bring with you prior experience leading outcome-focused cross-functional product teams in an agile environment as well as experience with either AI (Machine Learning, NLP) products and/or life sciences or Pharma.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Guiding clients to achieve their goals using AI insights and products

• Managing the external product delivery roadmap and product portfolio prioritisation

• Coordinating project and release management

• Understanding and delivering on client’s needs and values to support their product onboarding

• Crafting exceptional user experiences and Collaborating closely with the .ai delivery and R&D teams on new product features

This position is is offering Circa €100-€150k p/a.
